My life has been a series of transitions and transformations. My path has been windy and I’ve experienced having “the rug pulled out from underneath me” a few times. I’ve taken some big leaps and I have fallen quite a few times and experienced some very dark times. I have learned how to get back up, how to listen for clarity, cultivate resilience, and discover how to live authentically, with meaning and purpose.
